Do I need any special equipment to use it?

Yes – this mat is designed specifically for use with a snowboard and snowboard boots. Practicing without them is not recommended, as it’s built for realistic training with your actual setup.

All ground tricks are possible. From presses and ollies to more advanced spins and transitions. However, note: aggressive drive spins done with incorrect technique can damage the mat – train smart.

As often as you like – the more the better. Just make sure you’re practicing with intention. Random repetition won’t help as much as focused movement.

In general – yes. Even total beginners can benefit from controlled practice on the mat. While it’s primarily used by riders who already own gear and have some experience, the surface itself is safe and intuitive enough for anyone to start exploring snowboard movement patterns.
