Last Updated: July 27, 2026
Welcome to ButterMasterr.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of buttermasterr.com and your purchase of products from ButterMasterr.
ButterMasterr is a trading name operated by Yotam GT, a registered sole proprietor in Israel.
These Terms apply to website use and product purchases. In-person workshops and related services are governed by separate terms.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Contact Information
ButterMasterr — Yotam GT
Tel Mond, Israel
Email: [email protected]
Website: https://buttermasterr.com
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the website or make a purchase only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, materials, colors, compatibility information, availability, and images accurately.
However:
Colors may appear differently depending on the device or screen.
Measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product packaging and minor design details may change.
Handmade or production-based products may have minor variations that do not affect normal function.
Product availability may change without notice.
A cosmetic variation that does not materially affect the product’s function is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to products that are defective, unsafe, materially different from their description, or otherwise protected under applicable law.
4. Product Selection and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, size information, intended use, and compatibility before purchasing.
Recommendations provided through the website, email, social media, or customer service are based on the information supplied by the customer and are intended as general guidance. They do not replace professional fitting, technical inspection, instruction, or individual assessment.
Customers should contact us before ordering if they are uncertain about size, compatibility, or intended use.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automatic order-confirmation email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including when:
The product is unavailable
Payment was not authorized
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
A material pricing or product-information error occurred
The delivery address cannot be serviced
The order violates applicable law or these Terms
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.
The sales contract is generally accepted when the physical product is dispatched or when access to a digital product is provided.
6. Prices, Currency and Taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.
The final amount charged will be displayed before the order is submitted. The customer’s bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges that are outside ButterMasterr’s control.
International import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and similar destination charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
7. Pricing and Website Errors
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect discounts, or technical pricing errors.
If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
We will not knowingly charge a corrected price without the customer’s approval.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the methods available during checkout.
The customer confirms that:
The payment information is accurate
They are authorized to use the payment method
The payment provider may perform verification or fraud-prevention checks
An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified or authorized.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. ButterMasterr does not receive or store full card information where payment is processed directly by the payment provider.
9. Pre-Orders
A pre-order is an order for a product that is still in production or is not yet ready for immediate dispatch.
Any expected production, dispatch, or delivery date is an estimate and may change because of production, quality control, materials, transportation, customs, or other circumstances.
When placing a pre-order, the customer understands that:
Payment may be collected before dispatch
The product will not ship immediately
Estimated dates are not guaranteed
Products ordered together may be shipped separately
If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
Pre-order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and mandatory consumer law.
10. Shipping and Delivery
All physical-product orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and for responding to carrier or customs requests.
Where permitted by law, ownership and risk in a physical product pass to the customer when the product is delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient.
Full shipping terms, including customs charges, tracking, incorrect addresses, failed delivery, and damaged packages, are described in our Shipping Policy.
11. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns, cancellation requests, defective-product claims, refund eligibility, return costs, and refund processing are governed by our:
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If the Returns & Refunds Policy provides less protection than a mandatory consumer law applicable to the transaction, the mandatory law will apply.
12. Digital Products, Courses and Community Access
Certain purchases may include access to digital content, instructional programs, online courses, or an online community.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, such access is:
Personal
Non-exclusive
Non-transferable
Provided only to the original purchaser
Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party platform rules
Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, publish, record, distribute, or give another person access to paid materials without written permission.
The access period and included features will be the period and features described on the product page at the time of purchase.
If digital access is included as part of a physical-product purchase that is later cancelled, refunded, charged back, or returned, the related digital access may be removed where permitted by law.
Digital content and community features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or third-party platform interruptions.
13. Accounts and Account Security
Customers are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login information

Are valid only during the stated period
May be limited to specific products or customers

May be cancelled if used fraudulently or contrary to the promotion’s terms
Discounts cannot normally be added after an order has been completed.
If an order is partially refunded, the promotional discount may be recalculated based on the products retained.

Snowboarding, physical training, and ground-trick practice involve inherent risks.
Customers are responsible for using products:

ButterMasterr is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, use on an unsuitable surface, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from a defective product where applicable.

Any cancellation or removal of paid access remains subject to applicable law.
